lovely stay near everything

the location is a real plus because tube stations are within a short walk. i also liked sheets being clean, air conditioning working great, and the washrooms super clean. front desk staff had good attitude. i didn't think i would check in early, but they allowed it even if i planned to leave my luggage while waiting.
the hairdryer didnt worked, so i didn't dried my hair that day.

the hotel had good bar, so i drunk and laughed a lot. there are amazing breakfast choices, so it was difficult what to eat first. constant replenishment ensured fresh options during breakfast hours too.

the room had good shower. the bed was comfy, i slept like a baby. i also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere in the room .

The room was a good size, especially for the location. plenty of plug sockets made charging devices easy and convenient. i liked the qr code system for ordering extra amenities like pillows. It reminded me of deliveroo. the location near southwark tube station made getting around simple.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy. I preferred to keep it off and open the window instead.

the reception staff provided helpful assistance, and they checked me in efficiently. the maids who serviced the rooms were very friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. overall, the service was quick.

my standard double room was very clean. it also had a good size. extra facilities provided dinner service, a welcome surprise after my long day. the staff accommodated luggage storage after i checked out (so helpful!). the check-out process was very easy.
The place was not cleaned properly on a daily basis. The room was dusty.
